Marcelo Nogueira, Associate Partner, Mandala Group, São Paulo, Brazil

During 21 years with the Varig Brazilian Airline Organization, Marcelo Nogueira was responsible for the planning, selection process and training of over 10,000 employees in Brazil and around the world. Throughout his career he gained extensive experience in corporate events, customer care and quality auditing. He also undertook key training and development roles, implementing diverse behavioral and customer care courses, as well as prospecting new business strategies.

Marcelo is certified in Customer Service Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and Product Marketing to Premium AAA Customers from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM). He also holds a Graduate degree in Visual Programming and Industrial Design from the Universidade da Cidade, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Marcelo is also a principal of SYNCRO Consulting specializing in unique training and development programs, as well as quality control auditing of customer service teams.
